Returns

We accept returns for unused, unwashed, and unworn items within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, email orders@dbeatbrand.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll send instructions for shipping the item back.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Items must be returned in original packaging with tags attached.

• Final-sale, limited-edition, or customized items cannot be returned.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank before contacting us.

Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges.
To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired size or color.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact andreasdbeat@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos of the issue so we can make it right quickly.
